The aim of Reach Deaf Services is to promote and advance the educational skills of Deaf people. 

It provides an effective forum for the exchange of information on teaching methods and classroom materials. 

It promotes the importance of Irish Sign language and supports the use of ISL in frontline health, education, and social services and supports Deaf people in accessing these vital services. 

In order to continue improving their services Reach Deaf Services develops new programmes to upgrade teaching procedures and improve skills in relation to ISL.
